If you use third-party system sharing, system settings or capabilities provided by the device manufacturer through this application, the data processing rules of the relevant third party or the device itself are not within the scope of this policy.
2. Information collection and use
The current version of ViloCam does not provide account registration, login, cloud synchronization, cloud storage or remote access functions. We will not actively collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, mailing address, address book, call records, text message content and other personal information, nor will we upload photos, videos or device connection data generated during your use to our server.
In order to realize functions such as device connection, real-time preview, photo and video control, device album browsing, media download to the application's local album, system sharing and device settings, this application will communicate through the LAN between your mobile phone and the connected device. During the communication process, the device status, storage status, battery status, resolution, device album list, media thumbnails and media file contents may be read.
The above data will only be used to complete the device functions and local display that you actively trigger, and will not be used to establish user portraits, push advertisements, or other purposes beyond the necessary scope of functions.
If you refuse to grant relevant system permissions, or fail to connect to the correct device WiFi hotspot, it may cause functions such as device discovery, device connection, real-time preview, album reading, media download or device settings to not work properly, but it will not affect other functions that do not rely on such permissions or connection status.
3. Information storage
Since we do not establish an account system and do not store the photos, videos or device connection data you generate in this application on the server side, the relevant content is only saved in your local device, application local storage or the hardware device you connect by default.
You can remove local content on your phone through in-app deletion, local file management, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. Deletion or formatting of device-side content will affect hardware device storage. Please confirm whether a backup is required before operating.
4. Information Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure
We will not share, transfer or publicly disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual, because the aforementioned data related to application functions are only processed in your local device, application local storage or your connected hardware device and will not be uploaded to our own servers.
When you actively use the system sharing capabilities, the selected photos, videos, or files will be processed by the system sharing target or third-party application you choose. Please confirm the recipient and shared content before sharing.
If the business form changes in the future and it is necessary to share, transfer or publicly disclose personal information, we will inform you of the purpose of processing, processing methods and information scope in accordance with the law, and proceed with your separate consent, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

7. Permission application and usage instructions
In order to ensure the normal operation of the basic functions of ViloCam, we may apply for or use the following system permissions after obtaining your authorization. As the product is upgraded, the permission types and uses may be adjusted, and we will update the content of this page simultaneously.
- Local network permissions: Used to discover and connect to ViloCam devices and enable LAN communication between the phone and the device.
- Wireless network and network status permissions: Used to check network status, guide you to connect to the device WiFi hotspot, and communicate with the device on a LAN. It is not used to collect your online content.
- Photo or file access capabilities: Used to save, read, view, export or share photos, videos and other content you downloaded to the local album of the app. Related content is only saved on the local device by default.
If you turn off the above permissions in the system settings, the corresponding functions may be unavailable or restricted, but this will not affect other functions of this application that do not rely on this permission.
